- Before returning the product, please contact Fantasthick.com (by email at email@example.com or by calling +30 210 7711615).
- Return must take place within 14 calendar days of receipt following conditions for return (e.g. product not to be opened and in excellent condition). We therefore recommend sending the product in a suitable package – not an envelope).
- Refunds should be made with a courier company. Return costs are covered by the customer.
- If the product is used or the original packaging is destroyed, the return will not be accepted.
- Your money will be refunded within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products from our company.
- If the return is not made within 14 calendar days of receipt or if some of the return conditions are not met, Fantasthick.com has the right not to accept the products return and will not replace them.

In case of defective product or shipping error, we are replacing or refunding corresponding to the value of the products, following the return’s procedure.
- Pack and ship the product package with our partner courier company and charge the recipient. Within the shipping package, you will have to add a note informing us about the problem occurred with the returned product as well as the receipt of the products.
- If the refund conditions apply, we will either replace or credit the corresponding amount in your bank account, PayPal or credit if the initial payment was made in this way.
- If the package arrives and it is proved that the return conditions do not apply the policy, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the transportation costs will be borne by him / her.
- Call the Customer Service Department at +30 210 7711615 (Monday-Friday 10: 00 – 18: 00) so as to arrange the return and pre- order the product that will replace the returned one.
